Sexual Harrasment At Work By Female Colleagues
Q: For the past six months I have been subjected to sexual harrasment
constantly taking place.
If you are not keen to go down the legal route, which I think you could,
then I'd look for another job.
A: To be honest, I am trying to get an idea how much money I would be liable for. I've booked an appointment with a good lawyer, at the princely sum of ?125 per hour, no free initial consultation apparantly, and he specialises in this..kind of thing or so he sais. But thats not for another week and I was getting a bit nervous about starting this entire business, I am very worried that if it amounts to nothing, and I get just left with solicitors expense and no money and no reference. I am worried the lawyer will not be straight with me about my chances, because why should he turn away the work?
