Question For Immigration Lawyers ??
Q: I am about to apply for PR , I got my application form from Buffallo but I have been reading that The backlog at Buffallo consulate is several months . My question is that if I now want to apply to NYC do I have to get an application form from there or just mail the same application form that I have to NYC consulate . I also need the address of Immigration Processing Center at NYC.
A: You may use the application form you obtained from Buffalo in order to apply to the visa office in New York. The addresses of all Canadian visa offices in the world may be found at the Canadian government immigration WWW site the URL of which is at the bottom of this message. I have been answering questions on this newsgroup (and its predecessor) since June 1994 and while I am happy to do so I do not have the time to answer in addition all of the e-mail which I receive.
