Laws For Sexual Harassment

Q: the country seems to recognizes the difference between lying that is relevant to the job of being president and lying about your private life. They also recognize a sexual/politcal witch unt when they see it.Who would run for office if they thought the first step was a public examination under oath of their love life since they were 15? No other president has had to answer questions under oath while in office about their private lives like Clinton.

A: I don't think conduct as his in the oval office, or even off in the pantry, should be considered "private" - it's the work place. The reason no other president has had to answer questions about his sexual behavior is that no president before Bill Clinton was sued in federal court under federal law for sexual harassment. But Paula Jones's sexual harassment suit was a phony -- that's why Willy got out of it for only $850,000.00 (plus, probably, another million dollars that Clinton has to disavow).
