Anti Harrasment Laws

Q: With all this PETA garbage going around, I was wonderiing which states have laws against harrassing anglers. I am especially interested in California. If anyone can shed some light on this

A:I am not sure of the exact wording, but here in Ohio we have very clear laws on harrassing fishermen and hunters. For hunters, it is basicly against the law to interfere in any way with a hunt in progress in such a way as to prevent the gathering of game. For fishing, there are laws regarding the operation of boats. There was trouble a few years back with boaters coming to close to fishermen at to great a speed. You must now keep your distance.
