Q: Think I'll get a sexual harrassment case filed against me?
A young, female coworker didnt bring a lunch and she didnt want to go out for lunch either. I happen to have brought two sandwiches for myself, a PB&J sandwich and a roast beef sandwich. Im eating the PB&J sandwich when I say here take this roast beef sandwich. She said "no, im not taking your sandwich from you."
A: Whoops...you may want to clarify what you meant with her. I sincerely doubt you would have a case filed against you, but it is possible that an overly sensitive co-worker could complain to your superior, which would spark an investigation and a possible ding on your employment record. I'd casually apologize for the possible misunderstanding, and move on.
