First Grader Sexual Harrassment?

Q: First grader sexual harrassment? My little sister is in first grade and was recently in trouble for trying to kiss a little boy in her class. (Most of us think...awww that is so cute right?) Wrong....she was sent to the office and my mom was called and told that she will have a "Sexual harrassment" charge on her school file for the rest of her life. Kids in first grade don't even know what sex is much less sexual harrassment. They associate a kiss with telling someone you love them or a show of affection. Does that seem wrong to you? Has anyone else had a problem like this or even heard of it? I thought I might also mention (although it shouldn't have anything to do with it but we all know how some people are even today) that my sister (adopted along with her younger brother) is mixed (white/black) I don't know the race of the other child or even what his parents think of the situation. Either way it's wrong and I don't think that putting it on her (or any child of that age) record should be tolerated or legal. Thank you for your responses. To the last post before i added this detail....would it have made a difference if color wasn't an issue? That sounds like some of your problem and supposedly why it isn't such a big deal when of course it IS!

A: the whole problem is we have a bunch of total idiots running the school system,, if i was your mother i would hire an attorney and sue this school and make them pay my attorney fees, this kind of behavier that the school shows that they are very incompetant to be in the positions they are in, for gods sake they act like children,its time people take a stand against school authoritys that run amuck, i think if you were to investigate this it probobly comes down to one operson acting out the role of being a judge but in reallity the person is mentally inept
