Help Me Out Here? (2004)

Q: I have been googling for an hour and find the canadian and various state tax rates, but not the federal. Can someone help me out here? (2004)

A: -Sub S Corporations are "pass through" entities, and the income is taxed at the shareholders individual rates. For a "C" corp, see the instructions for Form 1120, which can be downloaded from http://www.irs.gov -I assume you mean US federal as opposed to any other country's federal taxes? Go to IRS.gov and upper left you find search boxes. type in corporate instructions and go from there. Rates are in the publication on corporations and on a page about 1 /3 of way through. or thereabouts.
