Has His Bright Shiny New Missouri License - Good For Three Years.
Q: Arvid got his driver's license very easily today.
He'd tried last week, without even having read the manual,
and only missed it by three questions. He read through the
manual once this weekend and went back out today.
He says there were absolutely no problems at all. He
explained he needed to replace his Saskatchewan license with
a Missouri license. He was prepared to show them his
passport, EAD, etc. but all they looked at was his Sask.
license. He took the written, road sign and vision tests
then went out for the driving. They didn't even say
anything about the Sask. plates on the van. About 4 blocks
into the test, the instructor told him to just turn around
and go back, it was pointless to continue, he was fine. He
took that paperwork to another office and $10 later, has his
bright shiny new Missouri license - good for three years.
Now we get to play the game of getting Missouri plates
for the van...for some reason I don't think that's going to
be as simple...
A:Our k-2, Paulo, took his driving test recently...Arnaldo went down to the
driver's license place with him, and he said they were only gone a coupla
minutes. Arnaldo was worried that he had done something really bad wrong,
and as it turned out, the lady said he did so good that there was no point
in continuing...it was a happy day for us, as I'm sure this was for YOU!
