Q: What are my chances on winning a sexual harrassment suit?
being harrassed almost everyday for the past 7 months, my superior put this person on "notice" 3 times already.
A: If this person has already been warned by your superiors, inform them that it's still going on and that they have two choices: they can let the harasser go, or they can be sued by you for creating a hostile work environment. Especially if you can show that they already warned this guy, you totally have a case -- against your employer for not enforcing it, and against the harasser for harassing you. Don't put up with it!
