Solar Energy Efficiency

Solar energy as the term suggests is the energy we get from the mighty Sun. the sun is a mighty ball of heat, as we learnt in the school days. This huge ball of heat is not only just heat, but also home to a whole lot of other stuff like the radiations, gases, and the light too. Well, we are all looking up to the Sun, more than we used to before and possibly more than our ancestors used to look up to Sun, for a variety of reasons, but all of them selfish, which is so peculiar about the human beings.

Trust the human beings to first exploit the earth to its full potential and capacity, and then turn to other vistas for exploitation. Now that the planet earth has been totally and almost entirely stripped of its bounty of natural resources, Man kind has turned to the Sun, for his energy and other needs. There is no harm in doing so, but it is the timing which is being a matter of contention. Man has had all the know how and the information about the facts that the bio fuels and the conventional methods of generating power would get depleted one fine day and also the most important fact that these fuels are highly toxic to the environment. But in spite of the information being available, almost centuries ago, yet the actual impetus to the movement in the search for a safe and renewable and green energy has come so late, in the 21st century, that too, at the time of the curtain call on the resources of Mother Earth.

Solar energy efficiency is a proved fact, with many factors supporting the use of the solar energy as a fuel. The very best reason is its safety. There is no need to worry about the noxious gases to be released or any obnoxious by-product to be created during the use of solar energy as fuel. The next is that the source of the solar energy is the Sun, and the Sun can be safely estimated to bless us with light, heat and energy till infinity. But a personal idea is that the Sun can be concluded to be safe, because it is not yet invaded by humans.

The solar energy is therefore a safe option for a renewable or an alternative energy sources. Not only is it clean, green and safe but also can provide a long lasting and possibly infinite amount of energy to last till the end of humanity.
