Q: What are your feelings? on sexual harrassment is over rated in the workplace?

A: I would never go so far as to say that sexual harassment is overrated in the workplace. However, I will say that too few people seem to understand that men can be sexually harassed at work too, just like women can be. Everyone is on the look out for shady behavior from men toward women, but it seems like, in doing this, they are completely missing sexual no-no's from female employees (especially female bosses or women in management positions). Sexual harassment education which, impressively, is being used in more and more work environments, needs to be re-vamped to include all the less-expected forms of harassment.
