Bible Study Correspondence Course ?

Q: Does anyone know of a good, sound Bible study course, within the UK, that I could do by correspondence? Perhaps someone is doing one at the moment, is learning a lot from it, and would like to recommend it to a fellow Sister in Christ. Over the last 9 months I have been doing a very good course run by the Source of Light Ministries, based in Birmingham. I was mid-course, but unfortunately they seem to have become uncontactable over the last 4-5 weeks. I am very disappointed that this has come to a halt. So, can anyone out there make some suggestions to me.

A:There is the Christadelphian Bible mission corrospondance course. I don't have the address to hand, but I could find it if you wanted me to. IIRC, St John's College in Nottingham do one, I've seen some of the material and it seems sound, if basic. I'll dig out the details for you. There was some suggestion that it might eventually feed in to an Open University scheme. Anyone actually done this course? Two sources for you to follow up: 1. Emmanuel Bible College, 1 Palm Grove, Birkenhead, Cheshire 2. London Bible College (don't have the address but it's pretty well known). The Certificate in Christian Studies Course with St.John's College, Bramcote, Nottingham Is really good. There's loads of choice of units, well tutored. I've done it and got a lot out of it. I am doing it and finding it valuable. St John's runs a 'Certificate Course' which can then be continued through the 'Open Theological College' (not OU) to a Diploma and degree level. Having never studied theology before I couldn't say if it is sound, but I does not seem to contain and barking mad ideas. Nonetheless, some aspects of it have challenged my thinking - so it must be educational.
