Bachelor's Degree Online ... Need Some Advice...
Q: I'm looking for an accredited and respected "Online University" which offers
degree programs online. I'm mostly interested in getting a bachelor's degree
in Psychology. (My 2nd choice would be a bachelor's in Philosophy). I
checked out University of Pheonix and Capella University as these were
recommended for their online learning. Unfortunately, Pheonix did not have
any degrees in Psych or Philo offered. As for Capella University, they only
had Master's and PhD of Psychology degrees to offer along with some
certificate programs. Unfortunately, these programs had heavy admission
requirements and a bachelor's degree was one of them ! Can anyone recommend
an "Online University" which offers a bachelor's degree in Psychology or
Philosophy ?
A:I have been told by someone that my husband works with that the
University of New Hampshire offers an "Online University", and is a
very well respected University, expensive from what I understand. I
hope that this helps.
Bears' Guide lists many undergraduate and graduate programs in psychology,
some entirely non-residential, some requiring short residencies.
Peterson's lists these schools as offering bachelor degree programs in
psychology without on-campus requirements:
