Hi, I am not sure if I am on the right sight for what I am looking for. I was looking for a satisfactory letter for a loan that I paid off 8 years ago, it was from Trans Canada Credit, it is still showing on my credit report, and they tell me that I need a satisfactory letter from this company, but I don't kow how to get a hold of them.
