Your best option, though, is to just postpone taking the loan and buying the apartment by a bit. Instead focus on improving you bad credit over time by paying your bills on time, reducing the number of credit cards you own and focusing on paying off your outstanding credit. By doing so you can be assured of getting a loan to buy an apartment on better terms.
