Male Sexual Harassment

Q: What happens when another man complains that a _male_ attempted to make the types of moves Clinton has against _him_ in the workplace, and the male perpetrator of this lewd behavior is excused for just doing what comes naturally? Will men tolerate other men coming onto them in lewd ways, in workplace situations, and then having to be told it's a part of the workplace reality? And then having to continue to work with the male who propositioned them?

A: First let me note that such propositions or just the perception of said propositions male to male can produce fighting, of course nothing stops a woman from slapping or otherwise physically indicating disgust or lack of approval either. The male employee if he does attempt to file charges is opening himself up for numerous defenses by any woman who slaps the man too. 2nd the case of first impression on male sexual harassment still has not been decided as far I know. Please note though that the Supreme Court indicated that such harassment was possible when it returned the case for further consideration. 3rd, people have to work with people who have done despicable things all the time.
