The most obvious debt solution is to stop spending. There are no quick fixes or magic wands. No more searching for envelopes and stamps. If personal discipline is a problem you can set up direct payroll deposit and automatic payments with your bank as well. You will have no choice but to follow through if the plan is out of your hands. No debt solution is immediate and every debt solution that you commit to fiscal examination and rehabilitation. If you really want a debt solution that works, you have to look in the mirror.
