Q: Hey all.....my younger sister (aka a Martha Stewart clone ;) has given me some stone cookware for my birthday. I got a muffin pan, a pizza pan, a 13x9 rectangular pan, and a loaf pan. Does anyone have any comments on this type of cookware? And have you used any of this type of cookware? Thanks in advanced for any comments......
A: Don't drop it; it breaks easily, as I found out the hard way. The pizza stones are supposed to be great. I had a pizza stone, but got rid of it because it absorbed grease and smoked when I turned on the oven. It was smelly and just did not do much for me. YMMV
