Best Non-stick Cookware?

Q: Looking for recommendations on non-stick cookware, especially large frying pans. Had a T-FAL, and hated it. My "normal" cookware is Calphalon, which I love (but doesn't do eggs well), and some old, heavy, enameled Belgian cookware called "Descoware" which I inherited, and love. Is the Calphalon non-stick any good? Any other recommendations? Cost is not important.

A: i know it's stupid but i find that a cheap MIRRO aluminum 7" pan with a good non-stick coating is the ideal crepe/egg pan. i can't imagine how anyone uses the heavy stuff for such delicate items. i buy a new one every year or so, i gave up trying to baby the thing into a long life. they don't cost much and a new surface is such a joy. The textured coatings are said to help durability and (gasp!) to help browning, the greatest of non-stick's Achilles heels unless you are a bird owner. I've read some very nice things regarding Circulon, especially in a very good URL that someone posted in Rec.Food.Equipment. That article maintains that the ridged surface of the teflon cooking surface promoted browning and durability. Do know, however, that (long enough ago to have possibly been the previous generation of non-stick) several posters have complained about Circulon in particular (my disclaimer, both ways, is that I tried Circulon and returned it without any wear; I decided that hard anodized was the way to go for my purposes; I'm still debating if that choice was correct.).
