Anolon Cookware?

Q: Has anyone heard of Anolon Cookware? They claim to be a "professional" cookware but I've never heard of them.

A: Analon can be found at Macy's. I use it and think it's great. I gave away my Circulon and replaced it w/Analon. One of the advantages I find are the glass tops which have a nice fit, they have good, and even, heat transfer, and the cook well with little water or oil. Downside, the metal handles can get quite hot. I use those little slip on covers. They can also be used in the oven. If I'm not mistaken both Circulon and Analon are made by the same company. I just bought a set of the Analon professional...a decision based on a lot of research & a recomendation by someone from this group....I've had them for a few months now & I love them!!!! They cook well & nothing ever burns.....one suggestion....I'd buy a pot & a frying pan...cheap stainless steel for boiling water, etc.....they don't reccomend using them on high heat.....I cook everything in my pans, but I do almost no deep fat frying or high heat cooking anyway!
