Am Just Checking Back On What Cookware People Recommended For Ceramic Cook Tops. I Think It Was Cook's Essentials From Qvc But Wasn't Sure. Just Bought A Ge And Need New Cookware.

Q: The main thing is to get pots and pans with flat bottoms. It wouldn't hurt to not have aluminum bottoms as the metal will rub off onto the top. You can scrub it off but who needs that? We selected Cuisinart Everyday when we got a smooth top.

A: Any cookware will do. The key criteria is that it should have a very flat bottom surface. I have used everything from Scanpans to All Clad to Revere Ware. As long as it's flat on the bottom, your cookware will do just fine. Currently I'm using Wearever Pro that I picked up at a very reasonable cost from a restaurant supply house, and it works as well as the high-priced spread.
