Why Will My Newly Created Business Card Template Not Print?
Q: I have tried a few different templates from a few web sites and after i creat my business cards they will not print. My last card is on the Microsoft Office Templates. I saved it as a template and it still will not print. What am I doing wrong? What app, what version of Office, what version of Windows, what template, what happens when I try to print?
A: I have OS Windows XP , Office 2003, Template is from Microsoft Templates for word. This has happened 4 times, when I press print the printer makes a few noises and nothing happens. When i go to assistance it says go to page set-up, then document type tab , which is not there. When I go to Tools, envelopes and labels, then pick out the right Avery business card I can not copy and paste formatted card onto the screen. I have used downloaded templated before but not for Avery products. I also created an Avery busienss card downloaded from their web-site for Word and the same thing happened. I think i need to know how to get the foramtted template to print from Tools...Envelopes/ labels....avery 8371 business card.
