Pub 4.0 Business Card Print Problem?

Q: What do I set in publisher so I can print more than two copies of my business card on the same page. I can have only two copies for page.

A: Microsoft Publisher will let you design business cards in many ways: 1. Business Card Wizard, which is in the startup catalog.(Publications by Wizard Tab) and gives you the choice of using Plain Paper or Special Paper. Once you design your business card, you can change the page setup (margins, gaps, etc. to fit your business card sheets). 2. Publication by Design, which is in the startup catalog.and gives you the choice of using preset designs and layouts. Once you design your business card, you can change the page setup (margins, gaps, etc. to fit your business card sheets) 3. Blank business cards, which is in the startup catalog.(Blank Publications Tab) and lets you design your card from scratch. Once you design your business card, you can change the page setup (margins, gaps, etc. to fit your business card sheets). 4. You can also start a normal blank publication page, go to file>page setup>select special size>then choose business card under Choose Publication size. When you go to print the above scenarios, you will want to go to file>print>page options, and be sure that the multiple copies per sheet is selected, and then set "custom options", which will let you set your margins and gaps according to your business card sheets. Most common are 10up business cards, which having .75" side margins, .50" top/bottom margins and 0" gaps. Click OK. Then click Ok again.
