Help Resolving Sbs2008 Installation Issues

Q: I've installed an SBS 2008 server for migration from SBS 2008, and have a few installation issues (8 to be exact) Some seem to be related but I'm getting very little information in the searches I'm doing to resolve them. Here they are: The Certificate Authority component cannot be configured The Connect Computer Web site (http://connect) cannot be configured Windows Small Business Server group policies cannot be configured One or more updates cannot be installed. Windows Server Update Services cannot be configured. (for these two, the Windows Server Update Services are synchronized since the installation) Incoming and outgoing e-mail for Windows SharePoint Services are not configured (twice) Windows SharePoint Services is not configured. I'm also getting an error when trying to run the "Set up your Internet address" wizard - The Windows SBS 2008 domain purchase and configuration wizard is crashing. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Matthew Huynh did some troubleshooting and determined that the Certificate Service never got completely installed because the destination server received a restart request from the logged on user in the middle of the installation. (I certainly didn't do that.) Here is what he found:
