Q: You guys should move over to Investorshub.com for better info/ discussions. Knock you DD out much quicker there. Brade ... the 1.7B O/S is from the company itself. I doubt they'd be lying about their own, rather high O/S, and from previous TA inquiries. For some reason Google and everyone else is wrong on this. Another 300M were issued on a restricted basis as part of the buyout negotiations, so the real O/S is almost 2B, the A/S is 2B, but the float is about 900M. ohh ok..thanks for the clearing it out then it makes sense the 10cents/share offer. That should make the purchase of the company at around 200 mill. Did Jared answer what he thinks the valuation for his company is, during last night's interview?

A: not very well in my opinion, but there's little he can say and the moderator could have asked deeper cap structure/valuation questions instead of the same total o/s question over and over (didn't ask mine). eeso is very real (i'd call it a great small business with big prospects and bigger dreams), but the common equity component is a speculative phantom that is being yo-yo'd by big consolidating penny traders/manipulators in obvious decaying (narrowing) range around news and spam (pump and bash) spikes. doesn't stand up to any simple/ realistic valuation (though funny enough, my high end valuation was 0.0135-0.0155, which is surprisingly close to market considering limited information in pink land). feverish believers and ridiculous cynics back at those boards, so watch out. believers talk about ridding the world of toxins and odor, one household, hospital and pig farm at a time. bashers think this is boiler room material. they're both a little right, mostly wrong (my opinion) but rarely talk in financial realities. as a result, this has terrific support to trade here for some time as news dribbles out (unresolved) and support doesn't waver, because the big money (smart or dumb, you choose) has made it's resistance clear. good luck. again, neither long nor short eeso. new to this end of the pool and have been having fun watching from the cheap seats.
