What Is The Construction Across From CBR?
Q: We saw them leveling ground when we were down there in June. One bus driver said it was land that Disney did not own that was being built on. I find it hard to believe that Disney does not own all the land inside their boundaries. ie, they have a hole in the middle of the world! Any one know?
A: -I don't have all the details so I'm just asking basically, but as described, the land only borders with Disney property on THREE sides, so they obviously already have access from one side without needing any special consideration/permission or anything else for that matter from Disney. I'm just wondering if once complete, if they are going to be allowed to enter and exit on Buena Vista Drive as opposed to only having public access via the side of their property that does not border with Disney, thus requiring their guests to drive some round about way to get onto Disney property. I would be inclined to believe they will, or have worked something out with Disney though, to pay big bucks and have public access to Buena Vista Drive for their hotel guests once the hotel is complete, especially since it sits right on it (BV Dr.), as Lisa suggested. -From The Orlando Sentinel: Speaking of big developments on Disney`s doorstep: The 482-acre Bonnet Creek
