WANTED: Sexual Harrasment Policies

Q: We are revising our Sexual Harrassment policy here at Antioch College and I was wondering if anyone else out there was involved in the creation of the Sexual Harrassment policy on their campus or if you have a copy of that policy you could send us ? A copy through email is fine, but if all you have is hard-copy we can pay postage. Please respond through email. IF you know of any other good sources please tell them to me also. Perhaps we could start a FTP site of Sexual Harrassment, Sexual Offense and other policies for different campuses. Would people be interested?

A: For all those interested, The National Office of the National Association of Graduate - Professsional Students has an database of information

that includes material on sexual harassment policies from different schools. Members schools have access to this information for free, while non-members are charged a small postage and handling fee. In addition, we have over 5000 documents on a wide range of topics of both direct and indirect impact on graduate student life. Gustavus just revised their harassment policy last year, I can send you one with an address if you give it to me. The basic foundation of the outline is to make sure that students realize that just because you take action against someone with the college involved, doesn't mean that you forfeit your right to civil charges as well.
