Urgent Please Help Me - Do I Need To Go Back ???

Q: This message I already posted yesterday, but I have some more questions and have to decide today what kind of ticket I buy, and also need to know whether or not I have to go to the INS in Amsterdam again to apply for something?! I do have a multiply entry visa. Applying for something at INS Amsterdam could give troubles because I do not have a job in The Netherlands ??? Please please answer me as soon as possible I am not sure if everything is clear, so I try to explain short. Last year I came in the US on a visitorsvisa. Last November I applied for an extension for another 6 month, so the end of this month I have to leave. I wonder if there is any possibility to stay here? And if not, can I buy a round trip ticket to The Netherlands and come back into the US after 2 months?

A: -You mean the US Consulate in Amsterdam? The US Consulate is not INS. They are the DoS. But wait before you rush into anything and buy a ticket. You need to speak to a lawyer

right *NOW*. Don't wait. If there is a way for you to stay here, you must not leave. If you leave now and try to come back after spending a few weeks in Netherlands, you might be denied entry (see my previous post). Find a *good* immigration lawyer in your area. Ask friends for a reference. Look-up the yellow pages, look-up yellow pages on the Web, but *find one* Ask him/her about his/her experience in such cases (E visas). If you act now without expert legal advice, you can mess-up your chances badly. -Yes I read it, thank you, we are trying to find a lawyer right now! I really appreciate that you adviced me. Do you know a good lawyer in San Diego area
