Transferring Nursing Courses..
Q: A question that I would like to ask if anyone has had any experience of
starting a nursing diploma course at one particular university, were they
able to transfer to another university if/when they had to move to a
different area of the country?
A:I transfered without any problems from North Wales to Manchester, with a
year out in between!
I just contacted the Manchester School of Nursing through the English
Nursing Board, and spoke to the secretaries of my original school. Your
personal tutor, or cohort secretary should be able to help you.
I attended an interview at Manchester so was in a sense reapplying, but I
was able to pick up where I'd left off in Wales.
