Top Personal Injury Lawyers
Q: Does anybody know where I can find a list of the top 10 (or more) law firms in the U.S.A., preferably with offices in New York City? And, if different from the above, the best personal injury lawyers in NYC or LA.? Can anyone give me some suggestion???
A: The New York Law Journal (www.nylj.com, I think) has a list of the largest firms in New York City; New York firms disproportionately represent the so-called "top firms" because so much Wall Street-type work comes there way. However, personal injury law offices are rarely huge operations -- even the most successful ones, such as Joe Jamail's offices are small in comparison to the large "corporate" firms, which are generally listed as the "top" firms in the country because of their size. I'm not sure if such a "top ten" list of personal injury lawyers exists, except maybe by reading the newspapers to see who has won the latest huge jury award.
