Q: Monica's mom has the ' top criminal lawyer in D.C. ' Now I know that everyone has the right to legal representation and choose the best lawyer they can afford..... But does anyone find it interesting that Monica Lewinsky's mom was apparently represented by Attorney Billy Martin....said to be the best criminal lawyer in Washington, D.C. I suspect that most of us couldn't get an appointment with such a high powered lawyer, much less afford him.... but the real question may be why is Billy Martin the lawyer?
