Aztec clothing is renowned for its individuality and important association with religion. The Aztec culture gained prominence around the late fourteen hundreds and as well as being noted as an advanced civilization, they have also been noted for their clothes. Dress played a major role in the life of the Aztec and Aztec clothing was closely linked to their religion. Aztec clothing was worn for protection as they always wore lots of armor to protect themselves in times of war.
