Sigma Chi Leadership Training Workshop ?
Q: I would like to take a moment to ask for a little assistance from all of you. My name is Steven Moro and I am the consul of the Kappa Mu chapter as well as the undergraduate representative on the Leadership Training Board. The Leadership Training Board is the group that decides upon all the what, when, where, how and how much questions associated with LTW. I have been on the board for the past six months and have come to the conclusion that most of LTW is decided by alumni who really have become a little out of touch with the undergraduate. That's where I come in, and where you can help me out. I would like to know of any suggestions that you may have to improve on the workshop so that all the undergrad who attend can have the best possible experience. Also, let me know if you are planning on attending this year's workshop)
A: The best way I know is to make sure the position of Tribune is taken care of. Keep good family address's and follow up with mailings, cards Etc. this really helps at homecomming and fund raising. The big benifit is the increased brotherhood factor, there is nothing better than being warmly received by a stranger in your old home.
