Sexual Harrassment At Work?

Q: Sexual Harrassment at work? I'm a college student and I work at the college in the maintenance dept. I've been working here for about a year now, and in this office I work w/ mostly men. I enjoy working w/ all of them except for one. He's always coming in my office and telling me all of this personal stuff. And he'll ask me questions like "Would you ever date older men?" blah blah. The worst thing he's ever done was following me when I left work to a gas station. He's never actually touched me or said anything directly sexual but he tip toes around it and it really bugs me. Does any of this sound like sexual harrassment or is he just being annoying? I haven't said anything to any of my co-workers or boss only b/c I don't want to start a big mess at work... What should I do?

A: Sexual

harassment is in the eye of the beholder, if you think it is, by law it is. Best thing in my opinion, Get some official government literature as soon as possible from the library or job center. Know your rights and proper procedures. That little bit of stalking is kind of scary. If you report him do it anonymously, have a girl friend call and explain the situation as if its happening to more than one girl from this guy so he can't focus any retaliation on you. Remember, the boss may be better friends with him than with you even if you think otherwise. I don't think any proof is needed like I said GET SOME Official literature as your first step! Do not confront or threaten a potenial stalker
