Schwartzenegger Passes Draconian Sexual Harrassment Law
Q: On September 30, 2004, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger
enacted AB 1825, a bill that now requires California employers with 50
or more employees to provide two hours of sexual harassment training
every two years.
A:I see a lucrative opportunity suing outfits that
provide this 'training' (read: political re-education)
for not complying with that law. Equal coverage
must be given to ways women sexually harass
men in the workplace or else that law is not
being complied with.
By the way, I didn't vote for Schwartzenegger
and I think his womanfirster _weltanschauung_
is very "girlie man" of him. Let the unintended
consequences of Gov. Schwartzenegger's
squishiness and that Democrat take-over of
California's legislature flow!
