Question About Sexual Harassment Law?

Q: i have a law question. Should a person suing for sexual harassment have the right to present evidence that the alleged harasser is engaged in a pattern of "sexual favors for advancement" with others in his (or her) office? Or should the case just stick to what happened to the person suing, and no one else?

A: i do not know the law on this, but it seems to be logical to be able to show a 'pattern' of abuses . In fact, I almost positive that should be permissible I believe yes! It will prove even more that this person has a pattern of behavior that is inappropriate. You should be able to enter any evidence that is relevant to the case. Ultimately the Judge will decide if that evidence is not allowed. But this would defiantly show a pattern of behavior with this person.
