Online Device Driver Resources?
Q: Can you please direct me to some good online resources for a novice device driver writer.
A: Check out: http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/default.mspx http://www.osronline.com/ but be aware, this not something you can easily learn. If at all possible take a course, at a minimum get "Programming the Windows Driver Model Second Edition" by Walter Oney, read it cover to cover and be sure you are comfortable with it.
