A:Several people have emailed me for information about the online program
and informed me that the website has been down. It is back up and
operational now so for additional information about the program, please
visit the website at http://www.soe.umd.umich.edu/belinda/program.html
It would appear that this course only accepts people with Michigan
teacher's certificates. On the other hand, the Open University here in
UK offers a distance learning MA in education with no prerequisites -
also Advanced Diplomas in a range of areas, including inclusive
education.
