left loose together at all for any reason. Until you find a home for the
chihuahua, he must be crated when the big dog is loose. The big dog must
be crated, kept in another room, or tied when the Chi is loose.
Do it NOW or that Chi will be dead tomorrow.
I wouldn't trust a college graduate of ANY sort to train my dogs.

Last time I checked, there is NO college that teaches and gives
a degree for animal training! I go for success rate and experience
anytime of the day or week. I work with multiple Ph'd's that
can't walk and chew gum at the same time.
You will never get it, will you? These are the type of

It depends upon how you define mental illness. Most of us think about
people who wear aluminum foil on their heads, or believe that they are
Moses. Clearly a horse cannot have that kind of cognitive disorder.
I think horses can be excessively anxious or depressed or exhibit
injurious compulsive behavior. In humans those things would be
considered mental illnesses or behavioral disorders.
