OT - Divorce Lawyer - Reference Please
Q: In my experience, female divorce attorneys tend to be very aggresive and I have had good results with them. Women in general usually have to "try harder" to be attorney, and on top of that, a female may fight harder for another female, as she can empathize more closely with the client.
A: Why would she be guilty of kidnapping? They are her kids! She is not legally separated, and the other parent has custody! If she leaves her husband, jurisdiction of the case will depend on who files first! IO would suggest that she take the kids, go home, or to your house, where ever that is, while she is still in legal control of the kids, and beat the abuser to the punch by filing for the separation first! As one who has been through this 3 times, and gotten custody of my kids both times that it applies, I can say that any lawyer will be first and foremost out to line his or her pockets. I have has both male and female lawyers. They really do not care much about the two people involved, only how long and how nasty they can make this divorce. And, the word legal is only a word to be used when it can best convince a judge that the illegal things that they did were warranted!
