Q: Where do I get a listing of immigration lawyers who are based in San Jose, California? I would need to secure another copy of my sisters' naturalization papers, issued by the INS in San Jose way back in 1995. However, the request was returned because she failed to write down her Alien Registration number. She no longer remembers it. How much will this kind of service entail? Maia was my wife but she physically battered me more than fourty times and abused our children physically more ten times, and abused us all psychologically many more times. I eventually got a domestic-violence restraining order against Maia, and I got custody of our two children, but even then Maia violated the restraining order and continued to harass us for several years.
