Mail Harrassment

Q: Is it sexual harrassment when a woman flaunts her myriad of sexual fantasies in e-mail to us? Could this be a civil charge? I don't wan't this sexual stuff being thrust in my face. It's heinous and perhaps her spiritual authorities should be told about it so they can provide help for her, to refrain from this sexual harrassment which stretches across the world. They were particularly nasty. Can this woman be stopped legally?

A: Sure you can stop her. Forward offending posts with all headers to her Internet Service Provider, gmail. I'm sure she's violating the Terms of Service agreement with her ISP. If so, they'll cancel her account. Look on the Google website and look up gmail. Their TOS agreement is probably on there somewhere, along with an abuse address to send stuff to. It's worth a try! It won't stop her, but it'll slow her down for a few minutes, while she signs up with Hotmail, Yahoo or some other free, web-based service provider. Then you'd have to repeat as necessary with each new ISP.
