Macy's Jewelry Problems?
Q: About three years ago, I ordered my wife a saphire and diamond ring at
Macys during a half off sale just before Christmas. To get the right
size, we had to order the ring. Several weeks later, Macy's called
and said they'd severed the relationship with the vendor and the ring
couldn't be supplied.
This past Christmas the exact same thing happened. Is this bad luck
or coincidence or is there something about Macys jewelry vendor and
order practices that cause this to happen? Anybody else have the same
problem? This happened at the Sunrise store in Sacramento.
