Q: Where does on draw the line?? Do we not wear watches with gold colored
bands? Does my wife refrain from wearing her wedding set? Do I refrain
from wearing my customary gold and silver metal frame prescription eyewear
for something much less attractive such as plain black or may gray plastic
frames? Do we not wear clothing with metal attached to it? What about
ornamental belt buckles for men? What about my aunt who must wear a medical
emergency necklace so she will not be mistaken for a drunk if she goes into
an insulin reaction?
A:Well have I have a wedding band with four stones in it?
You know folks, we are living in the last days, before the coming of our
Lord.....we had better start thinking about more important things than a bunch
of personal convictions that do not have scripture to back it up. We have set
up things as sacred cows, to speak, and esteem them wrong and there is nothing
Scriptural wrong with it.
Let us get the Gospel to the people......the Gospel of Christ is the thing that
really matters. Not if wearing of gold or silver is wrong or not
wrong........modestly is still the word.
Now holes punched in your ears, wearing excessive jewelry on your ears, neck
arms etc. is not becoming to a Christian, but leave the convert alone. Get
