A: -Try asking it the way that would generate a name, i.e. Can anyone give me the name, address and phone number of an ALIA immigration lawyer in Miami, Florida? -Well, if we're going to split a hair, the question would need to be "will anyone please" instead of "can anyone". -I don't know why anyone would ask the question if they didn't want the details -Because when you are dealing immigration (USCIS) and with Mr. Folinsky you learn to ask a question in a form that requires more than a yes or no answer. Just as if the USCIS asks do you know what time it is? You answer either yes or no. with a plethora of fine immigration lawyers and the South Florida Chapter of AILA enjoys a well deserved reputation within AILA for its cadre of good and agressive immigration lawyers. That said, I couldn't think of anyone I would recommend for a family based case without knowing the details and what is involved. And I'm afraid of leaving out very good people. With that in mind, Ira Kurzban has written "the book" which lawyers look at for a brief guideline of where to even begin to look on issues. Magda Davis is a wonderful person.
