I Would Like To Create And Print A Letterhead In Photoshop
Q: I would like to create and print a letterhead in photoshop. I can create the graphic and all, I just can't tell it to print anywhere other than in the center of the printed page. Anyone got any ideas? I have already changed the canvas size, but sometimes this creates a page that exceeds the memory of my machine. All I want to do is to print anywhere on the page that I want to. Thanks in advance.
A: -Why would you want to create letterhead in PS? It really isn't designed to be used for page layout. You'd bypass all your problems by inporting your PS-created art into a page program like Quark. -Illustrator isn't really a page layout program either...I think importing an image into it from photoshop only comes out at a low res version...very bitty. You need something like Quark Xpress, or PageMaker...these are relatively expensive though at around ?00-?00. There has to be a cheaper program out there can can import a graphic and output it at reasonable quality for a lot cheaper....doesn't there?
