I need advice on how to handle this on an application, and in an interview.
I encounter a problem on applications where it asks "reason for leaving"
Also, does anyone know what an employer is legally allowed to divulge on an employment background check?
A: I think the best way is to be honest with the interviwer whenever you are asked anything regarding this.. I hope you are a changed person now for good.. Try to convince the person before you by showing your genuinity.. He/she will understand.. Make your professional skills sharper.. that will solve your problem to a great extent.. One can make a mistake in his life ..But, what you can offer to the world that matters.. Promise to make every moment big in your life and do not have guilty consciousness in your mind for your past when you can make the future a brighter one.
