I Need Help In Creating A Custom Letterhead In The R5 Mail Template
Q: I need help in creating a custom letterhead in the R5 mail template. I have read the support at the Lotus Website and I somewhat understand the concept, but they fail to tell you how to get into the Calender Profile form and the Memo form to alter it's formula. If anyone can help me with this problem I would greatly appreciate it.
A: -I found a Form (LetterHeadChooser) whith a List box including all names of subforms that are letter heads. So add you subform and change the list. This should it be. Oh, I use R 4.5 but I shoulb be somehow the same. Try -Here is the Notes R5 version: You'll need to add two new Image Resources, one named StdNotesLtrnn for the foreground (nn = number >39) and another BG_n (n > 6) for the Background. You open the mail template in Designer, choose the Calendar Profile form, click the Letterhead tab, then add your new foreground to the options in the editable list for Logo and the background to the BG_Color options (not exactly sure of the names of the objects. You then need to update the Logo & BG_Color objects on the Memo, Reply & Reply with History forms, setting the defaults for your new foreground & background images. All this is from memory, I can have a look at work tomorrow and confirm the precise details. Of course only Notes users with the same mail template will be able so see your custom letterhead.
