Q: How do I sue a Colorado collection agency from California?
This Financial Enterprise, Inc. of Denver, Colorado has been harrassing me
to try to collect money from me. I am not this person in debt, but we have
the same name (different initial, different birthday and different Social
Security Number).

Because this Colorado collection agency stole my name, home address and home
phone number. What I want to go to court is to compel this collection agency
to tell the court or me how they got my identity first place.
Obviously, this Colorado collection agency do not care less and keep
harassing me.
