A: I guess you mean job harassment. First off you bring it to your immediate supervisor's attention (providing he/she is not the harasser). If they do not take action then you bring it to the Human Resources department. From my experiences that is useless because the HR department are usually inept. But, you must notify the HR department before you take external action. If the HR department fails to solve the problem then you file a report with the Federal EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). As a final recourse you can file a lawsuit with a civil rights lawyer.
